New "seek" variable for seeing match requests.

A new variable has been added that you can use to determine if
you will see "seeking" requests or not.

"set seek 0" to never see seeking requests.
"set seek 1" to see seeking requests only when you are "open".
"set seek 2" to see all seeking requests.

Seeking requests are not shown while you are playing a game, no matter
what your setting of the seek variable. Also, you will only see seeking
requests if your rating matches the rating range in the request.

Do help seeking for information on how to issue seeking match requests.
