Ziics131.exe released.

Zek has released ziics131.exe. It can be obtained from ftp ftp.lm.com
or chess.lm.com and lies in the directory path /pub/icc/interface/DOS.
The file ziics131.exe is a full release. There is also a z131.exe
version which while perfectly functional does not include all the
chess sets contained in ziics131.Z131 does include all files changed
since the ziics130 release. Thanks again to Zek.
