WBCA NEWS: Week 9 of 12: Nc3-4Me! bubbles!

Nc3-4Me won the April 04 ICC/WBCA event and the best Under 2000 (one month
ICC account extension), scoring 7-1! bubbles took a firm grip on the FIDE
Clock prize race by cumulating a 48.5 point total! Players entered this
event from Colombia, England, Finland, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, and
