1: Andrey Deviatkin, Russia. Best Elo 2608, current 2526.
2: I prefer chess960, or Fischer chess. The latter name seems more appropriate
than the ugly 'Fischerandom'. Robert Fischer was a genius well ahead of his
  time (as any of them).
3: Fischer chess should be played with the 15+0 or longer time control,
otherwise it's quite a mess indeed.
 4: .
5: In my summer 2013 interview I had promised to be retired from competitive
chess except the Fischer kind. However, I couldn't help playing in Voronezh
open 2014, an excellent festival in Russia.
 6: .
7: Chess is just a game, like minesweeper - whatever they say. It shouldn't be
taken too seriously unless your (chess) talent is enormous.
8: The problem with chess and similar mind games is that they are highly
addictive. They won't let you too easily even if you realized what they are.
 9: .
10: Usually I'm here on ICC just to play and watch, not to talk.
