1: Andrey Deviatkin, Russia. Best Elo 2608, current 2528.
2: I prefer chess960, or Fischer chess. The latter name seems more appropriate
than the ugly 'Fischerandom'. Robert Fischer was a genius well ahead of his
  time.
3: Fischer chess should be played with the 15+0 or longer time control,
  otherwise it's quite chaotic indeed.
4: I don't give lessons on normal chess. But if you want to play training
Fischer chess games (rapid or slow) with post-mortem analysis, you are
  welcome. The prices are reasonable.
 5: .
 6: .
 7: .
8: Chess is just a game, like minesweeper - whatever people say. It shouldn't
be taken too seriously unless your (chess) talent is enormous. Might be
helpful for children to improve cognitive skills, though.
9: The problem with chess and similar mind games is that they are highly
addictive. They won't let you too easily even if you realized what they are.
10: Usually I'm here on ICC just to play and watch, not to talk.
