ICC Help: Marathon

On May 11th - May 12th, the Tomato family of automated TDs will run
another 24-hour marathon of tournaments.
Marathons are held bi-monthly in the odd numbered months.

For 2013 schedule, go to:
http://www.littleper.com/public/marathon/marathon_dates.htm

There will be 2 sections for blitz players (U1600 and 1600+)
in Tomato and Cooly, 2 bullet sections (U1700 and 1700+) in Olive
and Flash and an Open 15-0 in Slomato. Players rated 100 points
below or 50 points above the section limit can play in either section,
but to be eligible for a prize in the U1600 Blitz section or the U1700
Bullet section, a player must be below the respective limit before
he enters the marathon and after it ends. This guarantees staying in
the same section throughout the entire marathon. Players who are close
to the limit are well advised to play in the high section from the start.

The first tournaments will start at exactly 12:00pm (noon) server time
on July 10th and the marathon will conclude at the end of any
tournaments ongoing at 11:59am server time July 11th.

All tournaments are continuous, and always 4 rounds long, except for
the bullet tournaments, which are 5 rounds long.
Types of Tourneys:
  Tomato: U1600 5-0 section
  Cooly: 1600+ 5-0 section
  Olive: U1700 1-0 section
  Flash: 1700+ 1-0 section
  Slomato: 15-0 (all ratings)

Only the below scheduled events are run during the Marathon:
Slomato Noon Monthly Standard will be added manually to Slomato serie
after the marathon.
Nightly U1500: added to the U1600 section.
Nightly 1400+: added to both U1600 and 1600+ sections.

Special Rating Rules Restrictions:
Class prize eligibility is based on rating being below limit
BOTH at the start of the Marathon, AND upon it's
conclusion. In addition, the "best" rating must not be
higher than 200 points above the rating class limit.
Furthermore, management reserves the right to deny a prize to
anyone for any reason, who does not belong in a rating class
  section.

Miscellaneous:
All the usual ICC guideline rules apply: NO computer assistance.
NO Human assistance. NO one may play on your account.
And intentional rating abuse (lowering rating to enter lower class),
are all STRICTLY forbidden, and may lead to disqualification
from this Marathon, all future Marathons, as well as further
sanctions as laid out by ICC's Agreement, and Policy rules.

Note that there will be NO half-point bye points for latejoining
in the marathon anymore, except for the scheduled tourneys.
