"The Internet Chess Club has dramatically modified the way chess will be played for all time." — Chess Life, official magazine of the United States Chess Federation
"etime" is the initial time plus 2/3 the increment.
E.g. a 2 12 game has an "etime" of 10, while a 5 0 game
has an etime of 5. The idea is this is the time (in
minutes) available if the game goes 40 moves.
"bullet" -- Games with etime less than 3.
"blitz" -- Games with etime less than 15 and greater than or
equal to 3.
"standard" -- Games with etime greater than or equal to 15.
