ICC Help: refund

If at any time you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving from the Internet Chess Club, you may request a refund for the remaining portion of your membership. To receive a refund, send a letter (not email) to:

Please include the following information:

1) ICC username, ICC password, Real name
2) Reason you are not satisfied. We want all our members to enjoy ICC, and we value your ideas on how to make ICC better!
3) If you paid your membership fee by check, we will refund by check. Please provide your postal address and name for making out the check.
4) If you paid by credit card, we will refund your card. Please provide the card number, expiry date, name of the cardholder, and billing address.

If you will be unable to use the ICC for a few months, we will be glad to extend your membership. Please read help absent for information. If you want to change your username, please read help username. "FreeMonths" and other membership extensions that were not purchased (such as tournament prizes) are not refunded.

If you are requesting a refund, please do not register and pay for a new account. Requesting a refund means that you are leaving the ICC and will not use the ICC in the future. You cannot get a refund if you have had a refund in the past on any ICC account.
