ICC Guide :: Playing a Game

Now Let's Play!

Your seek has been accepted (or you have accepted someone's seek) and the chess board immediately appears on your screen.

Your clock will be highlighted when it is your move. To move your pieces, simply click and drag your chess piece from where it is to where you want it to be. Castling is done by moving your king two spaces to its destination square.

Advanced Topic: takeback
You can offer a takeback to your opponent. This will allow your opponent to undo the move he just made. You can only take back one of your own moves if your opponent offers a takeback to you.

Both your opponent's and your own moves will be displayed (using algebraic notation) in the white area to the right of the board.
